"We came in on Friday night looking for a bong after going to the Metropolis store. We weren't sold on anything in Metropolis but found this selection better. The lady working was super friendly and helpful. Her name was Katie I told her I wanted a water tree perc in it but nothing too small. She instantly began showing me great pieces up front and even showed me glass ash catchers with tree percs in them. My partner and I ended up leaving the store with a fantastic new top shelf bong, new bowl to match, ash catcher, and a disposable vape! Katie even mentioned it was normally her day off but said she was happy to be here she loved the job. She was so helpful and even excited compared to their other store. Excellent customer service and fair prices compared to others nearby."
